Will this actually work in my machine, or will it damage it?
The padded shell is what protects your drum — the impact that would normally come from bare rubber and metal eyelets gets absorbed by the bag instead. That's the entire reason a wash bag exists over just tossing shoes in loose. It's designed for front-load and top-load machines on a cold, gentle cycle.
Why not just hand-wash them for free?
You can, and for a single pair that's fine. Where this earns its price is the 40 minutes you don't spend scrubbing, and the fact that a gentle machine cycle gets into stitching and mesh that a hand brush can't reach without wearing down the material.
Will a cheap mesh bag from a dollar store do the same thing?
A thin mesh bag stops shoes rattling around loose, but it does nothing to absorb impact — your sneakers still slam into the drum wall, just inside a net instead of directly. The padding is the actual protection; the bag is just the container.
How long does shipping actually take?
2–3 weeks to anywhere in Canada. We ship from our fulfilment partner and give you tracking the moment it leaves the warehouse — we'd rather tell you the real number than promise something we can't hit.

Will the tumble dryer ruin my shoes even with this bag?
Yes. No wash bag protects against dryer heat — it's the heat, not the tumbling, that softens the glue holding your midsole together. Air dry only, this bag or any other.
What sizes actually fit?
One pair up to a men's US 13 / EU 47 per bag, or two smaller pairs. Chunky boots and hard-soled shoes shouldn't go in a washing machine regardless of what bag they're in.
