Refund Policy
We want you to be happy with your purchase from VOIDEX.SHOP. If you're not fully satisfied, you may request a return or refund within 30 days of the delivery date.
Eligibility
- Items must be unused, unworn, and in their original packaging.
- Proof of purchase (order number) is required.
How to Request a Return Email us at mahantvanshdeep2@gmail.com with your order number and the reason for your return. We'll respond with instructions within 2 business days.
Refunds Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Approved refunds are processed to your original payment method within 5-10 business days.
Return Shipping Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect, in which case we'll cover the cost.
Damaged or Incorrect Items If your order arrives damaged or you received the wrong item, contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the issue, and we'll arrange a replacement or full refund at no cost to you.
